Excellent Customer Service
I had originally been shipped the 3/8 inch base version of the Tap-Toe Drain Plug by mistake. Plumb USA made good and sent out a 5/16 inch base version and I did not have to return the first one. I had called them on the phone, they were very courteous and helpful. Also shipped quickly.
