Phenomenal product
I just picked up a pack of these in order to shim up a 150 gallon fish tank. It was originally level, but after adding that much water, the carpet compressed differently and I was 1/4" off.
So I picked up a pack of these from my hardware store and thought I'd give them a shot.
I figured I'd see how hard it would be to get them wedged under there (with the tank 3/4 empty now) and it turns out they slid right in. With a little pulling and pushing, voila, I had the first shim in place. I quick snapped it off to be flush with the exterior, and I took the leftover part of the wedge and added it further down the stand's frame. All in all, I was able to shim up a 6 foot by 2 foot tank stand with a single pack of 20, and I have leftovers.
The tank is now perfectly level, I didn't even need to use a hammer, they're all flush and basically invisible.
Unbelievably easy to use product, and it's made in the USA. Buy a pack just to have them around,...

Great shims
I love these things. I bought them in order to re-level a cast iron bathtub which contractors had used wooden shims to level. I'm much more confident that they'll hold up over the long term than I would be with little slivers of pine carrying all that weight. I've used them for a number of other things as well. Handy devices.

Just what I can use a lot, no worry about wet areas can use any place LOVE IT !
used outside on doors and level a/c unit wet is not a problem.
