great coffee
We have had this coffee maker for several years, not sure about the voltage (we live in the US). The filter system makes really good tasting coffee at a fairly fast rate. I've tried other coffee makers as ours is starting to look a little worn, we haven't found anything yet that comes close.

Great coffee maker!
I bought this coffee maker for use in a 220 volt country (Germany and again in Africa) it was great! ) I love Braun products, You MUST note the wording NOT FOR USE IN AMERICA clearly stated. It comes with a different plug and voltage usage for overseas use.
dont"t do business with this company
I ordered this for my parents when my dad was in the hopital.I was under a lot of stress as he had a heart attack. Apparently I did not see it was not for use in U.S.A.When I tried to return it, Sam the rep I was trying to work with was not helpful.He also kept referring to me as Mr. when I was Clearly female- Caren . He was aggravating and wanted to charge a re-stocking fee on top of me sending it back to get an American ready coffee maker. By then I would have paid for it twice.
I choose to get another coffee maker from a more reputable company. DON'T do business here . They aren't helpful
I buy off Amazon often ,but this is the first bad experience I've had in years
